You can choose to have email notifications about service requests sent to yourself. This allows you to manage the communications on behalf of your participants. Alternatively, you can request that providers communicate with participants directly.
This is managed under the participant details, and can be updated at any time.
If you choose to direct provider communications to Participants, we will share the participant contact details with the 3 providers who have accepted the service request. We will advise participants that requests were submitted on your behalf.
