Once a service request has been submitted, we will send de-identified information to our network of providers who meet your client's minimum requirements. These providers then have the opportunity to accept the service request if they have capacity to support your client.
Up to three providers will be able to accept your request and reveal the contact records provided. Once a provider has accepted a request, they should be in contact within 2 business days.
Once a provider has accepted your request you will see a notification dot for the respective request. Depending on your notification settings, you may also receive an email.

The request detail view will provide more information about the providers who have accepted the request, allowing you to view:
- Online profile
- Reviews
- Contact details
