Clickability is passionate about ensuring its pricing is affordable and its packages reflect your business needs. (Spoiler: we’ve learnt we’re the most affordable platform!) In this guide, we’ll explain our Billing and our pricing tiers.
1. Go to Billing
To explore your Billing, log in and go to your Billing tab on your dashboard. Once selected, you will be able to view your subscription details and manage your Billing, including updating your payment details and changing your pricing tiers.
2. Updating your payment methods
To update your payment methods, please select ‘Add Payment Method’. Then, once added, you will be able to remove old payment methods by simply selecting the rubbish/trash icon next to the payment method you wish to remove.
3. Explore and select pricing packages
On your Billing tab on your dashboard, you can also view our different pricing packages. In this section, we’ll explain what’s included for each and how you can change between packages.
4. Find your previous invoices
You can also find and download all your previous invoices by logging in and going to ‘Invoices’ on your dashboard. Once on this page, please select whichever invoice you wish to download.
