We’re all about choice, so you can submit a service request or search for options via our directory – whichever you prefer. If you submit a service request, we will do the hard work and find you providers that we know have capacity.
Submit a Direct Request to a Provider
In the NDIS Provider Directory, you can use the “Connect with this Provider” button — found on both the category listing page and within each provider’s profile.
After clicking the button, a Connect window will appear. Simply:

Select the service you need

Enter your details
-
Add any extra information

Tick the consent checkbox

Click Connect
Your message and selected details will be sent directly to the provider, who’ll be notified right away.
