When you're creating a Service Offering, we ask you to share where the service is available. We then use these details to ensure your service doesn't appear to NDIS participants who live outside that area.
To do this, we use a feature called SA4s (Statistical Area Level 4). These are large geographical areas that encompass a whole lot of postcodes based around population limits (More Info). So, how do you know which SA4 to select?
1. Log in to your Dashboard
2. Go to Service Offerings and either create a new Service Offering or select an existing one to edit
3. Scroll to the bottom of this page and select 'SA4 Geographical Area Finder' (as shown below)
4. Enter your postcode as prompted to reveal the relevant SA4
5. Select that SA4 in the locations.

If you want to have a look at the exact boundaries of these areas you can view the maps at https://maps.abs.gov.au/ then select 2021 Statistical Area Level 4 (SA4) from the dropdown at the top right.
