As a Clickability Accredited Provider, you get access to Analytics, so you know how your Profile is performing. To access this, log in and find "Analytics" on your dashboard, as shown in the below screenshot:
Trends
This line graph gives you a visual representation of your individual statistics over a specific period of time. For example, you can see how many users have viewed your profile in the last 30 days or how many users have clicked through to your website over the last 90 days. The choice is yours!
When you open your analytics, the trend that you first see will be 'Profile Views over the last 30 days' (as shown above). But don't worry, you can change this quickly and easily:
- To change the stat, click on any of the individual stats below the graph and the graph will immediately update to that stat. You see in the example below that the selected stat has a blue outline around it.
- To change the date range, click on the drop down menu under the graph on the right-hand side (as shown below) and choose the option that suits.
Top tip: Whenever you make any changes to your Profile, we encourage you to check your trends to see if those changes made an impact.
Individual Stats
In this section of your analytics, we display your Provider Profile's individual stats, allowing you to see how your account is tracking.
With each stat that you see, we assign it an estimated dollar value, so you can gauge what sort of return you're seeing on your accreditation. This 'Est. Value' is based on a reference Google Ads CPC/CPM of $1, but is an approximate figure and intended solely for suggestive purposes.
- Core Analytics: These stats include Profile Views (how often your profile is viewed), Search Appearances (how often your Profile appears in search results), and Direct Connect Links (how many users asked to be connected with you directly).
- Contact Analytics: These stats demonstrate how many of our users have looked at your contact information on your Provider Profile and taken a specific action, whether that be click your website, phone number, or email address.
- Social Analytics: These stats indicate how many users have clicked through to your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or LinkedIn social accounts.
- Other Analytics: This stat is the number of times your contact details were clicked, including those times users clicked your contact details on your Service Offering pages, when they were separate to your Company Profile.
