Clickability search results are ranked in the following order:
- Accreditation (paid users rank higher than free users)
- Accreditation type (enterprise users rank highest, then accreditation plus, then starters)
- Relevance
- Number of reviews & average rating
- Freshness of reviews (those published in the past 6 months)
- Latest Updates
Relevance is determined by how closely the search matches the content in the service offering/profile. This takes into account the title, terms used in description and frequency of these terms being used, and filters selected (e.g. specializations).
Accredited providers can increase their ranking by focusing on those 3 areas.
- Is the service offering complete with a lot of detail about what's offered? Does it use different variations of the same service? (E.g. Dietician, Dietetics, Diet, Nutrition.)
- Does the offering have reviews? Collecting fresh, new reviews will help boost the ranking for the provider. We suggest sending a personalised request directly to customers with a link to the listing.
- Have you updated your information lately? Clickability gives preference to profiles that are recently updated. Recent updates indicate that the information is up-to-date and more reliable. We strive for reliable, current information for our users, and you keeping this information current should be rewarded!
Non-accredited providers can increase their ranking by... you guessed it, getting accredited!
