It's a question we get asked a lot. The answer: it's most likely in your spam folder! But don't worry, we've got an easy fix for you.
For email:
1. Go to the app for your email service provider (for example, Outlook) or log in via a browser
2. Go to your spam folder and locate the email from us
3. At the top of the email, you should be able to see a small description. Click on this description and select 'Move to Inbox'.
4. Go to your inbox and find the same email. Click on the new description and select 'Add the Domain'. This will ensure any future emails from that domain go to your inbox!
For Android SMS:
If you're an Android user, any SMS that you receive might also go to your junk folder. To fix:
1. Go to your messages app.
2. Select your icon (usually the first letter of your name) on the top right.
3. Select 'Spam and blocked', find any SMS from us, and click 'Not spam' when prompted.
