To find your NDIS provider number, you will need to access the Provider Portal. Please log in and follow the prompts, or create an account should you not already have one.
Once you're logged in, you will be able to access all your NDIS details for your business, including your NDIS provider number. It begins with 405 and doesn't contain any letters.
Please note: unregistered NDIS providers won't have access to this portal.
