This feature is exclusively available to our Plus and Enterprise account holders. We believe it will significantly boost the visibility and accessibility of your services, helping participants find you.
Here's a quick guide on how to ensure your services are displayed on the map:
- Navigate to the Manage Service Offerings page within the admin area on Clickability.
- Open each 'Service Offering' you wish to be visible on the map. (Note: This differs from the address listed in your company profile.)
- Enter your address under "Where will this service will be delivered from?"
- Ensure the Map Location is set to "Shown"
- Scroll to the bottom and click the Update Service Offering button.
Please note that you can hide this address if you wish, with our platform instead placing a marker in the centre of the suburb you provided.
Concerned about privacy?
If you prefer to appear on the map while keeping your address private, simply set the address to Hidden. In such cases, we'll display an approximate location positioned at the central point within your suburb.
