That's not good! Let's see if the below common errors explains the issue.
1. Your profile may not be set to "active"
Profile:
- Log in to your provider dashboard
- Under the “Company Profile” tab, check the Profile is "active".
Service Offerings:
- Follow the log in steps above.
- Under “Service Offerings”, you will see the listings that are currently “active” and "inactive".
- Select any inactive listings that you want to edit and switch it to “active” on the top-right.
2. Your content might not match the search query
If there is a particular search query that you've tried, the first thing to do is see if the content in your profile/service offerings matches the search you've done.
- Keyword search - if you've done a key word search, check the content matches the search. The key word search draws on your title, descriptions, good to know section, and services selected.
- Location - If you've searched for a particular area, check that the Service Locations you have selected for your profile/listing match. E.g. if they have searched for 2042, make sure "Inner West" under "NSW" has been selected in the Service Locations.
- Filters - If you've used filters in the search query, be sure that those filters have been selected in your profile/listing. If a filter is selected in the search, it will exclude listings/profiles that don't have that filter selected.
