Clickability is passionate about helping NDIS participants find their perfect provider – and that could be you! If you’re interested in being showcased to thousands of participants, you’re in the right place. In this guide, we’ll explain how you can sign up to Clickability and showcase your services.
1. Select Register on www.clickability.com.au
To begin the registration process, it’s as easy as selecting ‘Register’ on www.clickability.com.au.
Alternatively, if you’d like more information on Accreditatition, Our Providers page succinctly explains how Clickability helps providers like you, whether that be via our directory or service requests. You can access our Providers page by selecting ‘For Business’ and choosing ‘Service Providers’.
Our Providers page also lists our pricing tiers: Starter, Accreditation Plus (our most popular), and Enterprise. Each pricing tier has its own inclusions and features. Have a look to see what might best suit your business! Once you’re ready, please select ‘Get Started for Free’.
2. Follow the prompts when registering
This process should take you no more than 5-10 minutes to complete. We’ll ask you to confirm your first and last name and your work email address. You’ll also be asked to choose a password, which you’ll use to log into your account. Select ‘Agree and Sign Up’.
We’ll ask for some further information that will help us personalise your account. This includes your business name, role, and phone number. We don’t share this number with anyone, don’t worry!
However, please ensure the phone number is a mobile, as we will send this number SMS notifications, including service requests if you’re eligible to receive them.
We’ll ask you to choose your primary goal:
- I am a Provider and want to grow my business, get NDIS leads
- I am a Support Coordinator and want to help my participants find NDIS providers.
The first option is to register as a provider with the intent to gain new clients; the second option is to register for Clickability Connect, a tool for support coordinators to find services for their participants. Choose the first option to proceed as a provider.
Please select the pricing tier you’d like to proceed with. We’ll then share your next billing date and ask you to confirm your billing details before you officially subscribe. But please note: if you’re a new customer, you won’t be billed until the end of your 30-day free trial. That’s the perfect segue…
3. Enjoy our 30-day free trial
You heard that right! As part of every accreditation, We offer a 30-day free trial for businesses that have not previously been accredited. (If you’re unsure if you’ve been accredited before, please email hello@clickability.com.au or book a call with our team.) We won’t restrict you during this trial; you will be able to enjoy all the benefits of the subscription you chose.
Once you’ve completed the sign-up process, we will take you to your dashboard, where you’ll be prompted to create your Company Profile. This completes your sign-up process and is essential if you want participants to find you.
