When you register with Clickability (a great decision, by the way!), we will prompt you to create a Company Profile. This is vitally important – if you don’t have a profile, you won’t be found. In this guide, we’ll explore what you can include and how you can make your profile sing.
1. Go to Company Profile on your dashboard
When logged in, select ‘Company Profile’ on your dashboard. This will take you to your ‘Manage Company Profile’ page, where you can enter your details as prompted. Wherever possible, you will want to show how you stand out from the crowd. Let’s look at how you can do it.
Firstly, please enter the name of your business where prompted. This is public facing, so ensure you include your business name with proper capitalization and without ‘PTY LTD’, as this is jargon that simply confuses many people searching our platform.
Secondly, please enter your ABN. If you’re unsure what it is, use the ABN look-up tool. You need a correct ABN to be able to complete your sign-up.
2. Upload your business logo
You need to upload your company logo to your profile to help showcase your business. Your logo can either be in the JPEG or PNG formats. We recommend using an image that's 16:9 ratio, but please note that when uploading, you'll be prompted to crop your image using our cropping tool. Once done, simply click save.
If you're unhappy with your image, please click the trash can symbol next to your image and upload a new one, using our cropping tool once more.
3. Write a description
We mentioned that you need to make your profile sing. Well, your description is the perfect place to do it! If you want help writing this description, please email our customer service via hello@clickability.com.au; if you simply want to get started, here are some of our top tips:
- Craft a captivating description on your 'Company Profile' page, spicing it up with emojis 🚀 and lots of bullet points for easy reading.
- Highlight those unique qualities that set you apart from the competition. Think about:
- What is your business's primary focus?
- What is your business's mission or vision?
- Do you have any unique or innovative approaches?
- Without identifying individuals, can you describe any success stories?
- What sets your business apart?
- How do you tailor your service to individuals?
- How do you create opportunities for your participants?
4. Tell participants how they can reach you
You need to enter your contact details and social media links so that participants can reach out to you via our directory. Please enter all relevant details in the section shown below.
We strongly encourage you to check that your voicemail and email signature includes reference to your business. Participants will be far more likely to engage with your service if you do.
Please also note that some contact methods are only available in specific pricing tiers. For example, only Accreditation Plus and Enterprise users can display their phone number. We explore this in our Billing guide, which you can find here.
5. Add images to your photo gallery to showcase your business
You’ve already added your logo, but Accreditation Plus and Enterprise users can also add a photo gallery to showcase their business. Photos could include photos of your team, activities, or premises, helping you bring your business to life. This is essential if you want to show off your personality.
Select ‘Upload’ and choose the photos you wish to display.
To view a photo, hover your mouse cursor over the image and click the 'eye' symbol. To delete a photo, hover your mouse over the image and click the 'trash can' symbol.
6. Save your changes
Once you’ve completed your changes, please select ‘Update Profile’ at the bottom of your screen. If it’s not visible, you haven’t yet completed all the relevant fields – scroll back up to see if you missed anything.
7. Book an optimisation call
Our friendly customer service team is here to support you every step of the way! If you’d like to ask any questions or utilise our free optimisation sessions, please book a time using this link.

9. Set up your Service Offerings
Your profile might be complete, but you still need to set up your Service Offerings. We use Service Offerings to match you with participants. Without them, you won’t get Service Requests.
Because they’re so important, we’ve got a dedicated guide that explores Services Offerings. You can view it here.
