Anyone who has used your service can review it! This includes current or past participants, their family members or carers, and other people within the sector. For instance, if you’re a care provider, you can ask support coordinators or plan managers to review you; if you’re a plan manager, you can ask other providers. They also don’t have to have found you through Clickability or used the service.
