Yes, you can go back and edit your response to a review anytime.
1. Login to your admin console
2. Under tab "reviews", deselect "Show reviews without responses only" to see the reviews you have responded to.
3. Click on the review and response you want to update and edit away!
4. Remember to click "save" once you're done.
We don't moderate your responses, so the changes should be almost immediate.
