Clickabiliy publishes all reviews that meet our guidelines - even the more critical ones. This may mean that from time to time you get a critical review too... after all, it's hard to please everyone!
Critical reviews aren't all bad...
Research actually shows that having reviews with lower stars increases perceived validity of positive reviews on your page i.e. people will trust your positive Clicka feedback more!
Also – don’t underestimate the value of a well-crafted response. Everyone knows that we get things wrong from time to time and a great response can demonstrate that you listen to your consumers and take on board feedback when you get it. What a fab opportunity!
If you are getting a lot of critical reviews, it might mean that there are some significant improvements to be made and you can use this direct customer feedback to help you better your service.
Either way, If you get a review through Clickability, the best thing you can do is respond to it quickly, making sure you address any feedback raised.

Go ahead and log in to your Clickability account,

select "Manage" and navigate to "reviews".

Select the review you wish to respond to and select "save".
NOTE: Your response will be published immediately.
