If you say that you deliver a service via Telehealth, as well as by other means (e.g. 'online', 'we come to you', etc.), you will get requests come through for participants who do and don't want telehealth.
If you say you deliver a service only via Telehealth, you will only get Telehealth requests.
As a simple rule, if you offer Telehealth exclusively in an area, create a new Offer for your Telehealth service and only select "telehealth" as your "Access Method".
