If you no longer want to receive service request notifications for one of your Service Offerings, you can switch these off and on at any time. To do so:
- Log in to your account
- Select the 'Service Offering' tab
- Click into the Service Offering you want to update notifications for
- Switch the toggle to turn off your real-time notifications
Note: this will update settings across your whole organisation, not just you.
