As an admin or intake user, you can update the status of your service requests from the Service Request tab on your Dashboard.
- If you are successful in accepting the request, the status will update to "Accepted"
- You can then update this manually to "In Progress", "Complete - Successful", or "Complete Unsuccessful". To update, please select the option in the drop-down menu under Status (see image below for reference.)
- We suggest updating the status to "In Progress" when you have attempted to contact the participant, or if you are in discussions with them about your service offering.
- The request status will automatically update to “In Progress” when you reveal the contact details of the participant.
- We suggest updating the status to "Complete" when you know the outcome of the request. You will be prompted when switching the status to complete to confirm if you were successful or unsuccessful in securing the customer.
