Can you change how and when you receive service request notifications?

Admin users can control when and how they receive service request notifications - including via email or SMS. To edit your notification settings:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to 'Notification Settings' on your Dashboard.
3. Toggle on/off for both Email and SMS, depending on your preference.
