If you’re not getting service requests, check that your Service Offering is published with the correct details – we use your Service Offerings to determine which requests to send you. If your Service Offering is published and you’re still not getting service requests, it might be because not all service modalities and offerings are part of our service request feature. But don’t worry, we’ll add more modalities to the service request feature shortly, so stay tuned. Participants can still find you via our directory too!
